“一年补透透,不如补霜降”

从霜降开始,我们就可以适当

进食温补元气的药食材。

例如食用海参、鸡肉、水鸭、兔肉、鹧鸪

以及红萝卜、白萝卜、西兰花、菜花

和银耳、香菇等有助提高免疫力。

在秋冬天食用不仅可以消食下火,

而且明目润肤、通便,可谓老少咸宜!

沙参麦冬萝卜炖土鸡

滋阴润肠,增强免疫力

中医认为,鸡肉味甘性平,是现阶段最佳的温补的食材之一,秋天多用鸡肉进行煲汤或者炖汤,有助于扶正健脾,提高人体的免疫力。

搭配的肉类选择散养大的壹号土鸡,肉质细嫩,皮薄光亮,用来煲汤鸡味十足。

而且鸡油还有一定的保暖御寒、润肤和促进维生素A、D等脂溶性维生素吸收的作用。

但中老年人又或者大手术后恢复的人士饮后可能有饱胀感,所以煲或炖的时候建议搭配能吸收部分油脂并滋阴健脾的食材。

萝卜味甜,脆嫩、汁多,"熟食甘似芋,生荐脆如梨",其效用不亚于人参,因此有"十月萝卜赛人参"之说,萝卜中的B族维生素和钾、镁等矿物质可促进胃肠蠕动,有助于体内废物的排出。

雪耳、竹笙、荷包豆等不仅可使汤味香浓可口,而且气阴两补,美颜润肤,润肠通便,有助提高人体免疫力,是时下炖鸡汤的很好组合。

沙参20克,麦冬20克,竹笙15克,白萝卜克,干贝20克,壹号土鸡半只,生姜3片。

上述材料处理好后一起放入炖盅,加水毫升,隔水蒸炖2小时后下盐调味即可饮用。
